Anyone from local staffs to top management can use this vendor app to check, fulfill, and deliver orders.
Inventory management
A simple 5steps to input product into vendor account. Vendor can add variation option to their product including price, size, and color along with relevant pictures relating to the variation.
Order fulfillment
The Vendor can fulfill the orders through 3 big steps:
1. Claim and confirm product availability.
2. Prepare product to be given to the driver and call driver for product pickup.
3. Dispatch order by having drivers scan the QR code.
Feeds
Some user enjoys engaging with the shop to explore post, like, comment, and even follow the shop. This is why DroppinX brings along these features to our app so the seller can introduce the product to customers via feeds at the same time increase customer engagement.
Promotion
The vendor can customize their promotion the way they like including how many % off, the duration of this promotion and so on.
Accounting system
A detailed financial report of what has been sold and revenue associated with each product.
Customers’ behavior report
DroppinX will provide the vendor with customers report as a reference for market analysis including what are their favorite items, how often do they visit the shop, where do they live. However, we will not disclose customers’ personal information like name and phone number.
